Franklin Templeton is seeking a Senior Wealth Distribution Intelligence & AI Partner to lead analytics for RIA Field & Platforms within Wealth Intelligence & Analytics. This senior IC will drive growth by translating data into strategic actions, leveraging AI-enabled approaches, and partnering across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree in analytics, data science, business, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in distribution intelligence, analytics, sales strategy, client analytics, data science, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. RIA market and distribution dynamics.
• Experience supporting asset management distribution, RIA sales, platform relationships, or wealth management organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI, automation, predictive analytics, or segmentation to business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Strategic analytics partner to RIA Field and Platform leadership, translating priorities into measurable objectives and insights.
• Develop segmentation, opportunity scoring, and prioritization frameworks based on market potential and engagement.
• Analyze sales, assets, flows, pipeline, retention, and market share to identify drivers and risks.
• Apply AI, automation, and predictive analytics to opportunity identification and sales planning; translate insights into actions.
