Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking a Lead Wealth Distribution Intelligence & AI Partner – Private Markets to drive intelligence across distribution leadership. This senior IC role blends Private Markets expertise with advanced analytics, AI, and strategic problem-solving to uncover growth opportunities and inform senior decision-making.

The role requires translating complex data into actionable recommendations while developing scalable, AI-enabled capabilities that modernize intelligence delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree in analytics, data science, business, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in distribution intelligence, analytics, sales strategy, client analytics, data science, Private Markets, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Private Markets landscape, products, distribution models, client segments, platforms, and market dynamics.
• Experience supporting Private Markets, Alternatives, asset management distribution, strategic sales organizations, or wealth management businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI, automation, predictive analytics, segmentation, opportunity scoring, or similar techniques to business challenges.
• Strong command of sales, AUM, flows, pipeline, product adoption, client activity, market share, and wealth management data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic analytics partner to Private Markets leadership, translating priorities into measurable objectives and insights.
• Identify market trends, growth opportunities, competitive dynamics, and implications for distribution strategy.
• Support business planning, resource allocation, performance reviews, go-to-market strategy with forward-looking analysis.
• Develop a comprehensive view of firms, advisors, buying units, platforms, and distribution opportunities.
• Build segmentation, opportunity-scoring, and prioritization frameworks based on market potential and engagement.
• Analyze sales, assets, flows, pipeline, retention, product adoption, and market share to identify drivers and risks.
• Apply generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation to opportunity identification and sales planning.
• Lead testing of new analytical approaches, measure commercial impact, and scale successful use cases.
