You’ll start with an existing book of Schwab clients, deepen relationships, and advance through Wealth Management University training, followed by a bootcamp and ongoing mentorship.

As you grow, a four-level career track offers advancement, with a base salary plus incentive

Formación

• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance during tenure on the job is required.
• CFP certification is a plus and encouraged for professional development.
