Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Financial Consultant to provide holistic financial guidance, including investing, retirement readiness, and education goals, for an existing client book and new relationships.

You will participate in comprehensive training through Wealth Management University, followed by hands-on development with branch mentors and a clear four-level career path within Schwab’s Wealth Management track.

Qualifikationen

• Active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance required during tenure.
• CFP Certification is a plus. (If you have not obtained the CFP designation yet, internal CFP Cohort Program and Tuition Reimbursement are available.)

• Proactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients to grow the book of business.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through thoughtful financial guidance and clear communication.
• Discuss market conditions, investing principles, and long-term strategies with clients.
