A Senior Wealth Advisor is an experienced financial professional who can work within a team to manage a large book of business. Responsibilities include business development, financial planning, asset management, pipeline management, and understanding client financial considerations. This role involves a multi-faceted wealth management model, requiring continuous skill enhancement to stay relevant.
The individual will lead within the organization by establishing and sharing best practices in segmentation, client engagement, team dynamics, and relationship management. They may manage clients linked to branches, business clients, or act as a hub for an existing book of business, managing relationships at any asset level.
The client always comes first. The Senior Wealth Advisor should maintain and grow their book of business, collaborating with other professionals like Wealth Advisors, Client Service Specialists, Private Bankers, and Wealth Strategists. They should be an integrated community bank expert, serving as a go-to resource for clients, prospects, and colleagues.
Job location: Ability to work fully onsite at posted locations.
This is part of an evergreen requisition for current and future openings in the following locations: Seattle, WA; Bellevue, WA; Phoenix, AZ; Las Vegas, NV; Portland, OR. The role offers a salary draw against commissions, with potential performance incentives. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, and more, starting the first day of the month after hire.
