Qualifications

• Degree and 5+ years of workers’ comp claims experience, or 10+ years in claims without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Complete ongoing claim management activities with urgency to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Investigate assigned claims, assess coverage, determine injuries, and establish reserves.
• Prepare reports and forms per regulations and procedures.
• Manage Return to Wellness initiatives with agents, clients, risk managers and underwriters.
• Attend monthly large account meetings and participate in renewal strategy.
• Assist with company projects and professional development through events and training.
