Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is seeking a Senior Claims Examiner for a remote CA-based role. You will manage Workers’ Compensation indemnity claims and oversee complex issues, leveraging litigation knowledge to resolve matters efficiently.

Required: 5 years claims experience and a high school diploma; state licenses or ability to obtain them. Bachelor’s degree preferred. You will work with legal teams, pursue subrogation, and ensure regulatory compliance while serving clients with excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in states where claims are handled or able to obtain licenses per local requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Analytical mindset with negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
