Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled or able to obtain licenses per local requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workers' Compensation indemnity claims with care and precision.
• Oversee complex claim issues including litigation management and lien resolution to achieve fair outcomes.
• Maintain accurate claim diaries, update reserves, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal teams, identify subrogation opportunities, and work with clients to maintain satisfaction.
