Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain new claims files and enter data accurately.
• Process indemnity payments, benefit calculations, and payment cycles.
• Review wage statements and perform wage calculations.
• Monitor claims to identify penalties and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with claims examiners, nurses, providers, and clients.
