Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve advanced, large-loss workers compensation claims with autonomy.
• Analyze compensability, determine liability, manage reserves, and negotiate settlements.
• Partner with defense counsel on litigated matters and mentor new hires.
