Qualifications

• Prior experience in waterproofing, foundation repair, or a related construction trade.
• Knowledge of interior/exterior drainage systems, sump pumps, and waterproofing membranes.
• Physically demanding work including lifting, digging, and outdoors work.

Responsibilities

• Install interior and exterior waterproofing, drainage, and sump pump solutions.
• Perform crack repair, wall reinforcement, and foundation sealing on properties.
• On-site assessments to identify moisture intrusion and structural concerns.
• Apply waterproofing membranes, coatings, and sealants per project specs.
• Operate tools safely and communicate with customers throughout projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment on sites.
