Job summary

Quality Waterproofing is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise field crews and perform hands-on waterproofing and drainage work on residential projects in the Valley Park area. You will oversee installations, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety and quality on every job site.

Qualifications

• Ability to determine and troubleshoot project requirements and difficulties encountered during the execution of work to meet objectives.
• Ability to communicate with customers, management, and crew members about projects and jobsites.
• Must meet physical demands (standing long periods, heavy lifting >50 lbs, repetitive tasks).
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as mini-excavators and skid loaders.
• Good hand-eye coordination; familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects and lead crew members in residential settings and on job sites.
• Assist in repair, replacement, and installation of waterproofing and drainage systems.
• Operate heavy equipment (mini-excavators, skid loaders) as required.
• Record project data on paper and computer systems.
• Be on time, self-motivated, and ready to work Monday–Friday; weekends optional.
