Job summary

Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking a PE-II estimator in Atlanta, GA to lead and own estimates from initial field observations through proposal delivery. You will manage content, scope, and client interactions, and drive handoffs to operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

The role requires strong construction knowledge, 5+ years in estimating or related experience, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a four-year college degree or five years construction experience with at least two years of estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Field observations and inspections and onscreen estimating.
• Proposal writing and detail review.
• Client interactions and change order management.
• Lead client meetings and participate in client education.
• Independently conduct field inspections and determine project requirements.
• Run handoff meetings with Operations Team.
