Job summary

Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the waterproofing project management team and field operations in Atlanta, GA. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects while guiding the drafting team and coordinating QA/QC across sites.

The role requires 3+ years in a Sr. PM role in commercial waterproofing, OSHA 30, ability to read construction docs, and a valid US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience at the Sr. Project Manager position or equivalent in Commercial Waterproofing.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to read construction documents.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the United States.

Position Description

• Key manager for Project Management Team and Field Operations for Waterproofing Operations
• Work with FOM to ensure proper management and procedures are followed for all employees within the division
• Co-manager of Drafting Department
• Responsible for working with team to ensure safety, quality and teamwork happens on projects from start to finish
• Promote a safe work environment for all personnel
• Oversee cost/budget analysis of projects
• Job production tracking, time and material costs reviews
• Conduct and attend job site meetings/pre-job meetings with team or as needed
• Manage and participate in the development and maintenance of client relationships
• Manage and participate in the development and maintenance vendor relationships
• Hire, train, promote all operations employees and review Sr. Project Managers, Project Managers and FOM
• Train and mentor new team members on Chamberlin culture and processes
• Job site visits and Ensure QA/QC
• Job issue resolution
• Establish and coordinate training for all team members, including Craft Training for field personnel
• Ensure the proper use and compliance with technology in the field (QAQC, JAH, KeyStyle, PlanGrid, etc.)
• Other tasks as may be required to ensure Chamberlin’s successful including, but not limited to, safety, quality, production and control

Position Requirements

Experience: 3+ years’ experience at the Sr. Project Manager position or equivalent in Commercial Waterproofing

Abilities/Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and more when necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read construction documents
• OSHA 30 certified
• Comprehension of construction contracts, billings, submittals, RFI’s, lien waivers and insurance
• Expertise with all aspects of commercial systems and applications
• Proven ability to self-manage and problem solve.
• Proven ability to effectively interact and work with team members and operations on projects
• Proven ability to mentor new team members on Chamberlin culture and processes
• Ability to train and develop team members
• Organized with a proven ability to multitask and complete Chamberlin Standard projects through proper management

Education Required: 5+ years of construction including commercial waterproofing experience and/or a 4-year degree in construction or relevant field of study
