Job summary

Valcourt Group is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations for commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, and concrete repair on building-envelope projects. You will manage foremen, crews, and subcontractors, ensuring work is scheduled, safe, and compliant with contract documents and manufacturer specs.

You will review plans, coordinate with Project Managers, manage access equipment and safety protocols, and monitor progress across possibly multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of commercial construction field experience preferred.
• Experience as Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing, façade restoration, and building-envelope systems.
• Ability to read and interpret commercial drawings, specifications, contracts and scope documents.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for waterproofing, faade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects.
• Supervise foremen, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and other jobsite personnel.
• Assign daily work activities and monitor manpower, productivity, and progress.
• Review project drawings, specs, contracts, and schedules.
• Coordinate access equipment and fall-protection requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on manpower, material, equipment, and changes.
• Conduct site walks to verify workmanship and compliance with specs.
• Document project progress, delays, and additional work.
• Promote safety, quality, accountability and teamwork on site.
