ORBIS Inc. seeks a Waterfront Ship Manager Representative to provide on-site support for US Navy surface ship modernizations, coordinating ship yard access, work plans, installation efforts, and support services.

Responsibilities span multiple CONUS/OCONUS locations with daily waterfront oversight and schedule management. The role requires extensive Navy HM&E experience, navigation systems knowledge, and strong coordination with NSWCPD program managers; a secret clearance and US citizenship are

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of technical support experience for U.S. Navy HM&E with 5+ years in Navigation systems.
• Seven years direct fleet support, installations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide updates for each ship in an availability undergoing modernization.
• Coordinate material delivery verification and tracking; report status to NSWCPD program office.
• Produce weekly waterfront and SPIR/inventory status reports and coordinate test procedures.
