Qualifications

• Twelve years of operation, repair, and maintenance of naval hull and damage control equipment.
• Six years in supervisory role over maintenance personnel.
• Five years of shipboard hull and damage control experience.
• One year as a technical instructor.

Responsibilities

• Find, fix, and train Ship's Force equipment operators and maintenance technicians for hull and related systems.
• Provide technical guidance and logistical support for maintenance on aircraft carriers and surface ships.
• Oversee a team performing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure readiness during deployments.
