Job summary

International Executive Service Corps seeks a senior Navy HM&E Technician to bridge engineering oversight and waterfront execution for ship modernization and maintenance programs with NSWCPD.

The role involves verifying deliveries, coordinating shipyard test procedures, and producing weekly status reports, SPIRs, and INCO spares management. A secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required; candidates should have extensive fleet support experience.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience in maintenance, testing and repair of HM&E equipment on U.S. Navy ships/submarines.
• Working knowledge of NAVSEA HQ and surface fleet organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify material delivery and locate missing items.
• Coordinate NSWCPD test procedures with shipyard management.
• Prepare and submit weekly waterfront status reports on test progress and personnel availability.
• Coordinate SPIRs and ensure timely data entry and resolution tracking.
• Manage installation and checkout spares to replace failed components during testing.
• Provide weekly INCO status reports.
• Coordinate power for shipboard work and ensure proper tag-out safety.
• Monitor and report delays or changes from production to NSWCPD program office.
