Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced General Superintendent in Lehi, UT to lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects, mentor field teams, and drive safety, quality, and schedule performance.

With 10+ years in self-perform environments and a track record on $50M+ W/WW ventures, you’ll partner with PMs and estimators to optimize constructability while delivering value to local communities. A company vehicle and relocation support are available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a self-perform environment within water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Strong leadership with hands-on oversight of multiple field teams.
• Proven track record on large-scale water/wastewater projects (e.g., $50M+).
• Commitment to safety, quality, and schedule discipline.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field operations on major water/wastewater projects.
• Oversee and mentor field leadership, including Superintendents and Foremen.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Estimators to improve constructability and efficiency.
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance at every phase.
• Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
