Qualifications

• 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
• 5+ years as a Superintendent or General Superintendent.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale water or wastewater treatment plants.
• Ability to manage large crews and complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for large water/wastewater treatment plant projects.
• Manage and mentor superintendents, foremen, and field crews.
• Drive project schedules and ensure milestone performance.
• Enforce strict safety compliance and quality control standards.
