Jobot is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to lead on-site construction projects in Utah. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent 10 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of heavy civil or industrial construction and mechanical systems.

Ideal candidates will manage site teams, coordinate equipment and materials, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery across multiple projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or 10 years of construction operations experience.
• Direct experience and knowledge of heavy civil or industrial construction.
• Ability to plan, manage personnel and equipment on site.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all onsite management of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Direct supervision of field personnel and subcontractors.
• Review plans, specs, drawings, and job layouts; ensure safety and quality standards.
