Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in water infrastructure projects.
• Experience overseeing water/wastewater treatment and pump station projects.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage multiple superintendents and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field operations on major water/wastewater projects.
• Oversee and mentor field leadership including Superintendents and Foremen.
• Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to improve constructability and efficiency.
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance at every phase.
• Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
