Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned lead for water resources and stormwater projects in the South Carolina area. The role focuses on managing municipal/state projects, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with clients to deliver high-quality, compliant designs on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, strong leadership skills, and a track record in business development and client relationships in the Raleigh/Southeast region. Hybrid/remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 3+ years PM experience or 7 years total professional experience.
• Experience in project management roles with successful project delivery.
• Leadership abilities to inspire and motivate project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for PM, QA, and safety.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools; ability to develop and maintain project plans.
• Understanding of budgeting, schedules, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead water resources and stormwater projects for municipal and state clients.
• Manage projects and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate with management and clients; ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop PM plans, oversee safety, quality, and risk.
• Develop business opportunities and foster client relationships.
• Train and develop staff; ensure compliance with policies.
