The ideal candidate is a licensed Professional Engineer (Texas) with 10+ years in engineering or infrastructure project management and a strong track record of delivering compliant, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• P.E. license in Texas or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and budgets.
• Proven track record delivering water/wastewater projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal water/wastewater projects of moderate to advanced scope.
• Assemble and lead project teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and secure follow-on work.
• Mentor junior staff and foster collaboration within teams.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
