Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Austin, TX to lead municipal water and wastewater engineering projects. The role requires a P.E.

license (Civil/Environmental/Structural/Mechanical) or eligibility and strong project management capabilities. You will assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and deliver compliant solutions. The successful candidate will build client relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• 10+ years' experience managing engineering, environmental, or infrastructure projects.
• 5+ years as a project manager leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of design processes, delivery methods, and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal water/wastewater projects of moderate to advanced scope and complexity.
• Guide technical execution, identify risks, resolve complex challenges.
• Ensure deliverables meet codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Build trusted client relationships with utilities, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and technical concepts clearly.
• Assemble and lead project teams; mentor junior staff; develop leaders.
