Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. in Austin, TX, seeks a Project Manager to lead municipal water/wastewater projects, combining project management with technical expertise and a client-focused, seller/doer mindset.

You will assemble multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop relationships with municipalities and utilities to drive new opportunities in Central Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Texas-registered P.E. or able to obtain within 3 months.
• 10+ years of municipal water/wastewater engineering experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience across planning, design, permitting, and construction phases.
• Strong knowledge of TCEQ regulations and Texas municipal delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal water/wastewater projects from planning through construction.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipalities, utilities and regulators.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Pursue business development and follow-on opportunities in the Austin market.
