Qualifications

• 15+ years of active water/wastewater experience with leadership experience
• Understanding of budgets and financial metrics
• Contract negotiation skills and knowledge of terms, risks, pricing and payment terms

Responsibilities

• Lead business development: marketing, strategy, proposals, client presentations, budgeting and contracting for opportunities
• Promote Black & Veatch with clients and community activities
• Oversee project management: interact with clients, shape market strategy, leverage resources to grow footprint
• Manage project execution: set performance goals, ensure implementation, lead reviews and financial management
• Develop and coach team members; identify and promote talent
