Job summary

CDM Smith currently has a new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with vast experience managing industrial water and/or wastewater projects to join our Industrial Business unit. You will be the main point of contact for planning and design of water, water reuse, and wastewater projects and will assist with business development activities throughout the U.S.

This role is hybrid with a minimum of two days in the office and can be based at any Industrial office in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Project Manager on water/wastewater projects.
• Provide technical guidance and senior leadership; mentor engineering staff.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget development and adherence.
• Perform QA/QC of key deliverables and assist others in the office.
• Assist Client Service Leaders with technical marketing for U.S. clients.
• Participate in professional societies relevant to the industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers.
