Job summary

CDM Smith currently has a new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with experience in managing industrial water and/or wastewater projects. You will be the main point of contact for planning and design of water, water reuse, and wastewater projects and will assist with business development activities throughout the U.S.

The position is hybrid with a minimum of two days in the office and can be based at any Industrial office in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Managing and serving as the lead Project Manager on water/wastewater projects.
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring engineering staff.
• Overseeing scope, schedule, and budget development for projects.
• Performing QA/QC of key deliverables and assisting on other projects.
• Assisting Client Service Leaders with technical marketing to clients across the U.S.
• Participating in professional societies relevant to the industry.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in client organizations.
