Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects within the Industrial Business unit. The role involves planning, design oversight, and helping drive business development across the United States.

Hybrid work with a minimum two days in the office and opportunities to base at various Industrial offices nationwide. The candidate will guide technical teams, manage scope and budgets, and ensure QA/QC of deliverables while collaborating with Client Service Leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• PMI/CCM/DBIA certification within 12 months of hire or promotion.
• 10 years of related experience required.
• PE license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead Project Manager on water/wastewater projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to staff.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Perform QA/QC of key deliverables and assist on other projects.
• Support business development activities for clients across the U.S.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

PMP/CCM/DBIA certification within 12 months

10 years of related experience

Professional engineering (PE) license (preferred)
