Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (or a related field).
• 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Master’s Degree in a related engineering discipline (preferred).
• Professional Engineering (PE) license (preferred).
• Experience in municipal water/wastewater design and construction management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute water and wastewater projects including conveyance, treatment, and master planning.
• Serve as Project or Design Manager, directing projects from concept through completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and lead project teams, ensuring technical excellence.
• Support business growth through proposals and partnerships; travel as needed.
