Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Construction Manager with Water/Wastewater experience to lead field management and ensure successful delivery of multimillion-dollar projects in Columbus, OH. You will coordinate with General Contractors, Owners and Engineers, manage budgets, schedules, QA/QC, and documentation, and provide clear communication on progress and changes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, construction management or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years as a Resident Engineer or Construction Manager with water/wastewater experience preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project and strong MS Office skills.
• Understanding of QA/QC, safety, schedule management and contract administration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractor performance, site safety, subcontractors and suppliers; report deviations to clients.
• Inspect wastewater pump station work and perform punch list inspections.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs and change orders; support documentation.
• Lead progress, safety, scheduling and contract meetings with client, contractor and agencies.
• Assist with cost tracking, changes, and contractor invoice reviews.
