What Your Day Will Look Like:

As a Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater, your responsibilities will include developing and managing municipal Water/Wastewater projects through planning, design, and construction phases with a focus on excellent client service and quality. This role offers an opportunity to apply technical skills, develop creative solutions, and enhance leadership abilities. What You'll Do:

As Project Manager in Water/Wastewater, you will specialize in distribution, collection, and conveyance. You will be part of a team working on water, wastewater, stormwater, and municipal infrastructure projects, including planning, design, engineering, and construction support, with a focus on pipelines, pump stations, and stormwater systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading multidisciplinary technical teams (Consor staff and subconsultants)
• Managing work programs, project schedules, and budgets
• Providing excellent client service and quality management
• Writing technical memoranda, engineering reports, and planning studies
• Developing and delivering complete design and project bid packages
• Assisting with business development through Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and proposals

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant water/wastewater engineering experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Nevada or ability to obtain reciprocity
• BS in Engineering
• Experience managing municipal water/wastewater projects
• Planning and design experience with water/wastewater projects
• Project management experience, including scope development, invoice review, and client communication
• Proven ability to develop and work with clients to win and deliver municipal projects
• Experience with hydraulic modeling software for analyzing water, stormwater, and wastewater systems
