Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects within the Industrial Business unit. You will be the primary contact for planning and design of water, water reuse, and wastewater initiatives, supporting business development across the U.S.

Hybrid role with two days in the office. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of related experience, and PMI/ CCM/ DBIA certification or will obtain within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months or promoted to Approved Project Manager.
• Travel may be required; frequency contingent on duties.
• Experience with industrial water/wastewater projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Manager on water/wastewater projects.
• Provide technical guidance, senior leadership, and mentoring to engineering staff.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget; monitor adherence for projects.
• Perform QA/QC of key deliverables and assist others on projects.
• Assist Client Service Leaders with technical marketing for clients across the U.S.
• Participate in professional societies relevant to the industry.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key client decision makers.
