Job summary

Energy Systems Group, LLC. is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater (W/WW) to join our Public Sector Central team in Texas. This hybrid role requires 50-75% travel, including overnight stays, and leads complex water and wastewater construction projects from design to turnover.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management and at least seven years of related experience, with strong budgeting, scheduling, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or related field.
• Minimum seven years of engineering and construction-related experience managing projects.
• Strong experience with municipal water/wastewater facilities and infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver water/wastewater construction projects from design through turnover.
• Develop estimates, schedules, procurement plans, and budgets with engineering input.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers on progress, costs, and training.
• Direct and manage construction managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor financials: forecast cost-to-complete, cash flow, margins, and change orders.
