The role focuses on client relationship cultivation, project execution, and mentoring junior engineers while advancing the Water Hub strategy. Strong communication and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering; PE licensure in North Carolina, or reciprocity possible within 6 months.
• Typical incumbent has 15–25 years since degree, with at least 3 years in PM or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Shape, win, and deliver next generation water and water infrastructure projects regionally.
• Maintain a hands-on role in project execution while leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders and other disciplines.
• Plan and review production of investigations, models, planning work, reports, drawings and specifications.
• Manage and oversee project budgets, schedules, and manpower estimates.
