Job summary

Donohue & Associates is seeking an experienced engineer and project manager to lead water and wastewater projects in the Indianapolis area. You will guide clients and internal teams through planning, design, construction, and operational phases, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field, a PE license, and 10+ years of relevant experience with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or related engineering degree.
• PE registration.
• 10+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Prior project management experience.
• Experience in planning and designing water and wastewater systems, including pumping, process and mechanical piping, and related valves and process equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership from planning through construction and operation for wastewater and/or water systems.
• Work closely with clients and Donohue project teams through all project phases.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams to meet scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.
