Requirements include M.S./B.S. in a related engineering field and PE registration with 15+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• MS/BS in Environmental, Civil, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• PE registration required with 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven project management and client-relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead water and wastewater projects with multi-discipline teams.
• Identify and pursue strategic clients to grow market share in Wisconsin and neighboring states.
• Manage client relationships and ensure scope, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Provide quality control and technical oversight across projects.
• Act as Project Manager when needed, guiding teams to successful outcomes.
