Donohue & Associates is seeking an experienced engineer and project manager to lead water and wastewater projects in the Indianapolis area. You will guide clients and internal teams through planning, design, construction, and operational phases, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field, a PE license, and 10+ years of relevant experience with strong communication and leadership skills.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for the selected candidate to be part of Donohue & Associates, a firm with national water/wastewater expertise in a small company environment. We are seeking an experienced engineer and project manager who works with clients to provide project leadership, planning, design, construction, and operational services for wastewater and/or water systems. You will work closely with clients and Donohue project team members throughout each of these project phases.
