Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects, staff and manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and regulators.

This role requires directing project teams, guiding design consultants, and ensuring QA/QC across multiple assignments. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering, 15 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater engineering, and a PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Environmental or related Engineering from an ABET accredited college.
• Minimum of 15 years progressive experience in municipal water/wastewater engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineer's license is preferred.
• Strong understanding of water treatment/distribution and wastewater collection/treatment principles and state regulations is preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to lead or assist a project team to completion of multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, staff, and manage all aspects of client projects.
• Supervise project team and provide guidance on technical responsibilities, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee QA/QC processes and manage multiple design consultants on design and permitting plans.
• Plan, schedule, and track milestones, budgets, tasks, and activities.
• Perform business development activities and coordinate with regional leaders.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
