STV, Inc. seeks a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager for its Water and Wastewater practice in the KY region, located in Louisville or Lexington. The role focuses on growing the state portfolio, mentoring staff, and managing projects with senior oversight.

The ideal candidate has 13+ years in water/wastewater design, strong project management and business development skills, and KY PE or ability to obtain within 6 months. A competitive salary and robust benefits follow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• KY Professional Engineer registration or ability to obtain in 6 months.
• 13+ years of water/wastewater design and construction experience in consulting.
• Strong water resource engineering background; lead multi-discipline teams.
• Excellent marketing, business development, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage construction-administered water and wastewater projects.
• Lead client meetings, site visits, and coordination with disciplines.
• Prepare scope-of-work and estimates; supervise and mentor staff.
• Develop proposals and manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts.
