Job summary

STV's Austin, TX location is seeking a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager for our Water Practice Group. You'll contribute to Water and Wastewater project development and execution of varying sizes in Texas.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee design engineering, staff oversight, quality control, client development, and proposals for W/WW treatment plant and conveyance projects in Texas. A Texas PE and 15+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or related field.
• Texas PE license and 15+ years of experience required.
• Experience in design and construction of water and wastewater facilities.
• Experience with municipalities and utilities; strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large/multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Provide skilled project management to reduce project costs and add value.
• Execute backlog and develop new work pursuits.
• Lead design staff and coordinate with internal departments.
• Oversee design execution and construction oversight.
• Interface with clients to align expectations and deliverables.
• Ensure project safety and support corporate goals.
• Develop sound approaches to meet project needs and schedule.
• Monitor costs, budgets, schedules, and staffing.
• Create communication plans and lead status meetings.
• Supervise assigned staff and perform related duties.
