Job summary

STV, Inc. Kentucky seeks a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead a portfolio of water and wastewater utility projects from Louisville or Lexington offices.

You will plan, design, and administer projects, mentor junior staff, and expand our client relationships across the state, with a focus on delivering high-quality engineering solutions. This role offers growth, strong client service expectations, collaborative teamwork, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required; master's preferred.
• KY PE registration or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 13+ years of water/wastewater design and construction experience.
• Strong project management, client service and leadership skills.
• Experience with proposals and business development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and administer construction of water and wastewater utility projects.
• Conduct site visits and client/public meetings.
• Lead a team, mentor staff, and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Develop scope of work and level-of-effort estimates.
