Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6–10 years of Water/Wastewater construction management experience on large-scale projects.
• Proven leadership, operational management, financial oversight, and business development skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to coordinate with executive leadership, design teams, subcontractors, and field staff.
• Strong in preparing presentations, qualification packages, and project documentation.
• Proven mentoring and team-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced construction environments.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, construction management platforms, and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and regional offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects or large-scale, technically complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and operational guidance to Project Managers and project teams.
• Monitor project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cash flow, and risk management.
• Develop and maintain executive-level client, consultant, and industry relationships.
• Support business development initiatives, including project pursuits, presentations, interviews, contract negotiations, and participation in industry events.
• Lead resolution of major project disputes, claims, and contractual issues.
• Drive operational consistency, process improvement, and best practices across project teams.
• Support staffing, resource planning, employee development, and succession planning.
• Monitor project schedules, procurement, staffing plans, quality control, and safety across projects.
• Provide executive-level reporting and operational updates to senior leadership.
