Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. in Duluth, GA is seeking an experienced Professional Civil Engineer to join our Water/Wastewater practice as Senior Project Advisor.

The role focuses on expanding our water utility projects including treatment facilities, pump stations, storage, and pipelines. The successful candidate will manage client relations, lead project teams, and deliver projects with a commitment to quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license in GA within 6 months preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of Water/Wastewater project delivery experience.
• Robust communication, written and verbal skills.
• Proven business development and client management experience.
• Ability to lead project teams with integrity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing clients and develop new ones.
• Lead project delivery and supervise technical staff.
• Guide project teams and balance scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support growth of Halff's Water/Wastewater practice.
