Halff Associates, Inc. in Duluth, GA is seeking an experienced Professional Civil Engineer to join our Water/Wastewater practice as Senior Project Advisor.

The role focuses on expanding our water utility projects including treatment facilities, pump stations, storage, and pipelines. The successful candidate will manage client relations, lead project teams, and deliver projects with a commitment to quality and integrity.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license in GA within 6 months preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of Water/Wastewater project delivery experience.
• Robust communication, written and verbal skills.
• Proven business development and client management experience.
• Ability to lead project teams with integrity and quality.

Halff has an immediate opening for an experienced Professional Civil Engineer to fulfill the role of a Senior Project Advisor specializing in our Water and Wastewater practice located in Duluth, GA. This is an excellent opportunity to provide strategic support to expand our water and wastewater practice in Georgia. The ideal candidate will bring experience working with water utilities projects that include treatment plants, pump stations, water storage and pipelines.

The successful candidate should have proven experience in managing existing clients, developing new clients, managing a project team, and leading project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar studies
• Preferred PE license in the state of Georgia or can obtain within 6 months
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Water and Wastewater project delivery
• Robust communication, written and verbal skills
• Proficient in project management, administration, training and supervision of technical staff
• Proven business development experience
• Positive attitude, self-directed yet a team player, with a focus on integrity and quality
