Job summary

Arcadis in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Senior Project Manager with water and wastewater engineering experience to join our Resilience Water Team. You will lead projects, manage delivery teams, and build strong client relationships to deliver solutions that advance sustainable design.

You will mentor staff, pursue new opportunities, and collaborate across disciplines while traveling as needed to support project delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role in Columbus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of relevant engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities and systems.
• Direct projects from concept through completion as Project/Design Manager.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering growth and technical excellence.
• Contribute to business growth via proposals and partnerships; travel as needed.
