Job summary

Arcadis U.S. Inc. in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Senior Project Manager - Drinking Water to lead critical drinking water infrastructure programs in the Midwest.

You will oversee projects from planning through construction, mentor teams, and build trusted client relationships with municipal utilities. The role requires a PE license or reciprocity, a civil/environmental/chemical engineering background, and 8+ years of experience delivering water projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
• 8+ years delivering drinking water infrastructure projects in consulting engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of drinking water projects including treatment plants, transmission systems, pump stations, storage facilities and related infrastructure.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, staffing, risk and client satisfaction.
• Develop strong municipal client relationships and identify long-term water infrastructure opportunities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and national technical experts to deliver innovative, resilient water solutions.
• Support business development through client engagement, proposals and project pursuits.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineers and project teams.
