Poutrix is seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in water/wastewater engineering to join our Resilience Water Team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will lead and execute projects, manage delivery teams, and build strong client relationships while fostering a culture of professional growth.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, along with 10 years of relevant experience. The compensation range is $115,000 - $190,000, with robust benefits, including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant engineering experience required.
• Master’s Degree in a related engineering discipline preferred.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and construction of water/wastewater treatment facilities.
• Direct projects from concept through completion.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor project teams and ensure technical excellence.
