Job summary

Poutrix is seeking a Principal Design Manager based in Tampa, Florida to support water and wastewater projects. The role requires strong leadership and technical skills to guide project delivery and develop client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the municipal water sector and possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with opportunities for advancement. The position offers comprehensive benefits, including a salary range of $150,000 - $190,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 18 years of experience in client service, design management, and project management.
• Ability to obtain Florida P.E. License within 6 months.
• Experience with municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, or solid waste projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project delivery within the municipal water/wastewater market.
• Provide leadership and technical knowledge to develop design team capabilities.
• Oversee quality assurance and control of treatment and reuse projects.
